Talento Urbano operated as an independent outlet for interviews, artists, music, culture and realities excluded from official media. Content circulated through the internet, USB drives and informal distribution networks.
The Cuban regime harassed the project because of its independence and the space it created for expression and cultural visibility.
La Tierra Caliente followed Talento Urbano, focusing on artistic and cultural events in the city that official media did not cover.
The project highlighted artists, performances, initiatives and conversations from everyday cultural life, building an alternative archive of that period.
